Back to her first love, Christine created the project in 2018.

Young passionate cook with a varied professional background allowing him to become chef of a well-known restaurant in the region, he joins the team in December 2022.

Christine's son, he is responsible for the cold part and the brasserie dishes.

Mixing studies and professional experience, he has worked in different establishments in Jodoigne. Jordan brings us his smile and his good mood.

Salomé Marchal accompanies us during her Master's degree in Educational Sciences. Her gentle presence has enchanted us since the beginning of our adventure.

Perfectly bilingual in French and Dutch, Maxime Sohet started working in the kitchen and as a dishwasher at the age of 16. Since then, he is regularly found in the dining room.
